We were new to the Charlotte area, and Erin was our eyes and ears. She helped us along every step of the home buying process. What sticks out most was her attention to the details, follow through, and really going out of her way to accommodate us as clients. "‘Realtor’ describes Erin’s occupation but she’s so much more than a realtor. She was our underwriter, inspector, handy-lady, decorator, negotiator, and friend! She answered every phone call and text and made herself available whenever we needed her while also juggling a full-time job and homeschooling 3 beautiful kids! She’s a machine and she negotiated more than we thought was possible on both the purchase and sale of our homes. Her husband is also an amazing contractor so what better combo is there?! Everyone needs Erin Maldonado!"

Very knowledgeable about what to expect from certain homes and has a great reference list on all home repairs we needed. She did an amazing job with staging our for sale home and we got multiple above list offers that day. Very responsive.. like very!! We communicated a lot through the sell of our home and the buying of a new home. I never waited more than 5 min for her to respond or call/text back. Great realtor all around!"
